Brewing a lovely stew, smells delicious all afternoon. I used a quarter liter of Bardolino wine, a kilo of meat, onions, garlic, paprika, couple of leaves of laurel, some sprigs of rosemary and will top it of with some fresh parsley….perfect for a dark autumn day.
